The Mazda CX-3 – the grand prize of the “Buy a Beautiful Home – Win Amazing Gifts” event – has just found its owner after moments of suspense at White Palace Vo Van Kiet. This is a gift from Seaholdings to the luckiest customer who purchased an apartment at Destino Centro, as part of a customer appreciation program that brought together more than 1,000 customers, partners, and sales professionals.
In addition to the grand prize mentioned above, the next three prizes, consisting of a Honda SH Mode, a Honda Lead, and a Honda Vision, also found their owners, alongside many other valuable gifts awarded throughout the event. Beyond the surprise moments of the prizes being presented, the event also provided an opportunity for Seaholdings to meet and connect with customers and share new information about Destino Centro.
As one of the lucky customers at the event, Mr. Bach Tran Thong, the first prize winner of a Honda SH Mode, said he was quite surprised when his name was announced among more than 1,000 attendees. “Many members of my family have bought apartments here and have given positive feedback about this project. That gives me more confidence to decide to allocate some of my finances to own an apartment, viewing it as an asset for the future,” he said.
Beyond the customer appreciation program, Seaholdings also implements various policies for Destino Centro customers, designed to increase benefits and provide customers with greater control over their cash flow. Buyers only need to use approximately 15% of their own capital until the handover date, receive 0% interest rate support for up to 24 months, a grace period for principal repayment during the same period, and are exempt from early repayment penalties. For customers choosing the installment payment option, the amount to be paid is divided into stages, at 34% of the apartment value by the time of handover.
Customers purchasing apartments in the Eleva Tower also enjoy several special benefits. Specifically, the first 100 customers will be eligible for a guaranteed rental program offering a return equivalent to 4% per year on the apartment’s selling price, excluding VAT and maintenance fees.

On the construction site, Destino Centro has entered a crucial construction phase. By mid-September 2026, 3 out of 5 towers had been topped out. Infrastructure, structural, construction, technical systems, and finishing works are being implemented simultaneously across the entire project.
According to the plan, Tower T1B is expected to be handed over at the end of 2026, marking the time when Destino Centro begins to transform from a construction site into a real living space and welcome its first residents.
